Shipping Policy

Elba Concept offers free local and international shipping.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied by local customs authorities in the country of delivery. These charges, if applicable, are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs fees vary depending on the destination country, and Elba Concept is unable to provide an exact estimate in advance.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding holidays.

All online orders are subject to verification, which may take up to 48 business hours. Once approved, your order will be prepared for shipment.
- Once an order has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address or payment method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. The tracking link will redirect you to the carrier’s website, where you can follow the status of your shipment. You may also track your order under My Account > My Order > Order Status.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase. However, we do accept returns under the conditions outlined below, which may vary depending on the destination country.
European Union (EU)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

If the return is not due to a product quality issue, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to a product defect, please contact our customer service and provide photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.
Outside the European Union:
For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund.

If the return is not due to a product quality issue, customers may return the item at their own expense. This includes return shipping and any customs duties or import taxes charged by local authorities, which are non-refundable.

General Return Conditions
These conditions apply to all returns, regardless of destination.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In perfect condition
- In their original, intact packaging
We recommend taking photographs of the item before returning it to document its condition in case of any damage during the return journey.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. We may ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and to retain all original packaging materials.
